Implement a map-based view for Business Listings to display nearby businesses using location coordinates. Users should be able to visually explore nearby businesses on a map.

business_listings

• id (PK)-Business listing ID
• business_name-Business name
• category_id-Business category
• latitude-Latitude coordinate
• longitude-Longitude coordinate
• status-Pending / Approved / Rejected
• is_active-Active / Inactive
• created_at-Timestamp

***Validations / Rules

• Show only Approved and Active business listings
• Latitude & longitude must be saved together
• Latitude range: -90 to +90
• Longitude range: -180 to +180
• Marker click should show:
  * Business name
  *Category
  *Location (place/district)
• Businesses without coordinates should not appear
