Merge the existing Business Ad Search and Skill/Service Search into a single unified search bar on the home page. The unified search should use the same location-based popup and return results from both modules in a combined or tabbed view.

*Latitude and longitude must be selected together (map-based)

 *is_active = true

 *status = Approved

Results should display:

*In tabs (Business | Services)
