Admin Module
Task Description
Extend the Admin → Users screen to allow admins to activate or deactivate Doctor / Reception users.

Navigation:
Admin → Users → Status Toggle

Features
Toggle user status (Active / Inactive)
Show status clearly in list
Confirmation before deactivation

Basic Validations:
☐ Status change requires confirmation
☐ Inactive users cannot log in
☐ Status update reflected immediately
☐ Show success / error message
