Implement the Patient Revisit screen for Reception.
Reception should be able to search an existing patient and create a new visit for the day.

Navigation:
Reception → Revisit Patient

Features:
Search patient by Patient ID
Display patient details (read-only)
Button: Create Visit
Generate new token number

Basic Validations
☐ Patient ID is required
☐ Patient ID must exist
☐ Prevent multiple visits for same patient on same day
☐ Token auto-generated (no manual input)
☐ Success message with token number
