Implement a CSV-based bulk import feature in the Admin module to allow admins to upload and create multiple master records at once. The system should support importing data for masters such as Preconsultation, Diagnosis, Investigation, Prescription, Specialization, Parameter Groups, and Parameters. The uploaded CSV must be validated for required columns, duplicate records, and data format before insertion.
