Improve Public Frontend Job Listing

Enhance the public frontend job listing by retrieving jobs from the jobs table and displaying them based on start_date and end_date. Jobs should be sorted with the newest jobs first based on start date in descending order. Jobs whose current date falls between the start and end date should be treated as active jobs and displayed normally. Jobs whose end_date has passed should be marked as Expired, displayed after active jobs, and should not allow applications. In the public view, instead of an apply option, display a “Login to Apply” button that redirects users to the login page. Expired jobs should be clearly marked and the action button should be disabled.
