QUICKSIR

Implement a map-based view for Ads that visually displays nearby ads using a Google Maps–like interface. Ads should appear as markers based on latitude and longitude, helping users easily discover nearby ads.

ads

• id (PK)-Ad ID
• title-Ad title
• category_id-Ad category
• latitude-Latitude coordinate
• longitude-Longitude coordinate
• status-Draft / Pending / Approved / Sold
• is_active-Active / Inactive
• created_at-Timestamp

***Validations / Rules

1. Show only Approved and Active ads
2. Latitude & longitude must exist to display marker
3. Latitude must be between -90 and +90
4. Longitude must be between -180 and +180
5. Clicking a marker should show:
   Ad title
   Category
   Location (place/district)
6. Ads without coordinates should not appear on the map
